xxxxxTall and slim, Desirée shares her brothers' green eyes, though that is about as far as the similarity goes. Long brown hair frames a heart-shaped face. High cheekbones, strong jaw. Her construction is otherwise delicate, willowy limbs, thin build. In dress she definitely favours the feminine; skirts, tight blouses, plenty of makeup, though the vivid colours and styles she chooses lean towards the punk end of the spectrum.

xxxxxOutwardly generally cheerful and friendly, Desirée has been through enough in her life to treat most people with a healthy dose of suspicion. She's careful with strangers, but even through this is quite /fond/ of people and tends to make friends easily.

xxxxxDesirée powers have only recently manifested; as such, she is not very controlled with them. A telepath, her powers only work through direct skin contact. Even with contact, her telepathy is not inherently very strong; it takes a significant amount of focus and time for her to read anything past surface thoughts. Where its real strength lies is in mind control; with a touch she can plant mental commands that people are compelled to carry out. It works best if these are short-term, specific things that can be carried out soon, although with time and practice she will be capable of more complex overarching orders.
