xxxxxA black man of 5'9", with deep brown skin, close-cropped thick curls and a dark shadowing of beard kept trimmed low. His face is narrow, his eyes deep, his nose and mouth wide; in another life he might be quite handsome, although in this one, chronically underfed, sallow, and unmoisturized, he tends towards a sickly-ashy appearance.

xxxxxOnce upon a time, Halim was a fierce and wildly useful member of Jax & Ryan's raid team. People on the team before ~2014 likely remember him as a thoughtful but often very rude ex-labrat, friends with Joshua & Eli, extremely skilled at infiltrating security. Thought dead after Prometheus kidnapped him and his housemates.
xxxxxHas been working for Prometheus for the last ~decade before its closure, and though he is mostly away from Other People behind a computer, has been brought in to help examine & train every technopath who has been through the program in those years. Has since been transferred to [redacted], where he has been assisting for several months with some federal anti-mutant-terrorism efforts; is likely known of by folks with High Level Security Clearance as a creepily robotic but extremely useful asset. Not known of much at all outside those echelons.

| Doesn't ANYBODY really die around here? - Long thought dead by his old friends and teammates, it seems that was Yet Another Prometheus ruse.
