Despite the rough persona she presents, Morgan’s ability to be "one of the guys" is what allows her to be effective in most situations. She is headstrong at times and wears her emotions (mostly anger) on her sleeve. She is crass, predatory, and impulsive.

History

Formerly employed by the New York Police Department, Morgan was let go after an undisclosed incident involving an excessive use of force on her part while apprehending a suspect targeting young mutant women. In reality, her latent mutation had been manifesting for some time and she finally cracked under the pressure of it all.
